Solaris reflects. Atoman ships. One doctrine, injected as the smallest faithful slice per turn.

A coherent trio, not a portfolio
Shell
A workspace-native macOS terminal, forked from iTerm2. It reorganizes the terminal around a workspace — a Workspace Rail (⌘B) that groups sessions by kind, and a Sidecar for context, files, and the one browsing surface. Its warm palette is Twin-Sparrow's design baseline.
Engine
The AI coding-agent runtime and CLI that runs inside that terminal — an 8-package TypeScript monorepo with a hand-rolled TUI renderer (no Ink). Opinionated: agents are processes, not chats; context is a first-class artifact; the runtime is inspectable end-to-end.
Bridge
A token-efficient plugin that projects Twin-Sparrow's doctrine into Claude Code and Codex from one host-neutral core — six runtime capsules and a verification gate that inject only the smallest faithful slice per turn. One companion, two activations: Solaris and Atoman.
